Saemidori is a beautiful bright green variety with a well-balanced taste and aroma, and an elegant flavor that is very easy to drink. This variety is suitable for matcha, but is rare and therefore a valuable variety.
The mild sweetness with little bitterness is reminiscent of flowers, and you will be surprised at first bite.
It is especially recommended for those who don't like the bitterness of matcha.
