Gyokuro is considered one of the finest classes of Japanese tea. The single-variety Goko grown in Wazuka, a town known as a production area for premium sencha, has been finished as gyokuro. This noble tea, managed entirely by tea garden owner Hiromasa Hatake, from cultivation through finishing, allows you to savor the mellow sweetness and umami characteristic of the Goko cultivar. Its concentrated umami can also be sensed in its aroma, creating an elegant tea-drinking experience.
