Raw Chocolate Matcha

We will be selling matcha raw chocolate in limited quantities depending on the season .

*To maintain freshness, the product will be delivered frozen. Please thaw in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes before eating. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.

We want to deliver this to those who love matcha and chocolate. With that thought in mind, this is a raw chocolate made with the utmost care by a tea merchant who is well-versed in matcha and does not allow for compromise.

The matcha used is the highest quality "Okumidori" variety from Wazuka.
To express the sweet aroma and vibrant green color, 8g of the highest quality matcha, the same kind consumed at tea ceremonies, is used per box .
We also conducted repeated trial and error tests to ensure that the flavor of matcha was fully conveyed by using carefully selected French white chocolate with little vanilla aroma.
