About Raw Chocolate
Products are shipped frozen.
Please consume within one week after thawing and storing in the refrigerator. Bringing to room temperature before eating enhances the flavor.

Shipping Date
・After order confirmation, items will be shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).
※If your order includes items with expected arrival or shipping dates, they will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Date and Time Specification
If desired, please use the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email to contact the delivery company and arrange your preferred delivery date and time.
Alternatively, enter your desired delivery date and time in the "Requests to Store / Delivery Date and Time" field on the cart page.
Date and time specification is available from the third day after the order date (payment confirmation date).

※Please receive your package within 7 days of shipping. The holding period by the delivery company is 7 days.
・If you are not at home, please request redelivery using the delivery notice.
If the package is returned due to long absence or address error, your order will be canceled.

Gift Wrapping
・Currently, we are preparing a gift wrapping service. If you would like gift wrapping, please inform us via the comment box or contact form.
