About Nama Chocolate
*To maintain freshness, it will be delivered by chilled delivery. Please consume within approximately 10 days of the product's arrival, stored refrigerated. Once opened, please refrigerate and consume as soon as possible.

Shipping date
・ After your order is confirmed, we will ship on weekdays (excluding holidays) within 1 to 3 days.
*If your order includes items with a scheduled arrival date or shipping date, we will ship them all together.

Date and time specification
If you wish to specify a date and time, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email.
Alternatively, please enter your desired date and time in the "Requests to the store / Delivery date and time specification" field on the cart page of the website.
You can specify a date and time from the 3rd day after the order date (payment confirmation date).

*Regarding receipt: Please receive your order within 7 days of shipment. The storage period with the shipping company is 7 days.
・If you are not at home, please request redelivery using the不在票 (delivery notice) from the shipping company.
If the product is returned due to long-term absence, incorrect address, etc., your order will be cancelled.

Gift wrapping
・We are currently preparing a gift wrapping service. If you would like wrapping, please let us know in the comments section or via the inquiry form.
