The product will be shipped frozen.
Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and consume within one week. For best results, return to room temperature before eating.
Shipping date
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) .

If you wish to have your order delivered, please contact the delivery company using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email and specify a date and time for delivery.
Or, please enter your desired date and time in the " Request to store/Specify delivery date and time " section on the cart page on the website.
Delivery dates can be specified from the third day after the order date (payment confirmation date).
* Regarding receipt: Please receive your package within 7 days of shipping. The delivery company will store your package for 7 days.

If the product is returned due to a long absence or an incorrect address, your order will be cancelled.
