この度、SHUHARI KYOTOの抹茶が
Great Taste Awards 2026にて、三つ星を受賞しました。
この三つ星は、私たちだけのものではありません。
茶畑で茶葉を育てる生産者。
その茶葉を大切に仕上げ、抹茶へとつなぐ製造に携わる人々。
そして、一杯の抹茶として皆さまに届けるまでに関わる、たくさんの人々。
それぞれの仕事がつながり、
ひとつの味となって、今回の評価につながりました。
生産者の方々をはじめ、抹茶ができるまで携わってくださったすべての方々と、一緒にいただいた三つ星だと思っています。
日々の仕事の積み重ねが、
こうしてひとつの形になったことを、とても嬉しく思います。
これからも、茶葉が育つ土地から、
一杯の抹茶になるその瞬間まで。
関わる一人ひとりの仕事を大切に、
丁寧にお届けしていきたいと思います。
This three-star recognition is a testament to the work of many people who have been involved in creating a single matcha.
We are truly honored to share that SHUHARI KYOTO’s matcha has been awarded Three Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2026.
But these three stars do not belong to us alone.
They belong to the producers who carefully grow the tea leaves in the fields.
To the people who carefully process and refine those leaves, bringing them one step closer to becoming matcha.
And to all those whose work carries that matcha to you, as a single cup.
Each person’s work comes together,
becoming one flavor,
and ultimately leading to this recognition.
We believe these three stars are something we share with the producers and everyone who has been involved in bringing this matcha to life.
We are deeply grateful to see the care and dedication that go into this everyday work take shape in such a meaningful way.
